Position: Finance Administration Officer
Sunshine Coast Link Family Scheme are looking for a Finance Officer.
Period of employment: for a term of 3 to 6 months for 1 to 2 days a week.
Pay Level: SACS Award from Level 3.1 to 4.4 depending on experience and qualifications.
Duties would include bookkeeping, producing reports and budgets, making recommendations of improvements to our system and assisting the Senior Finance Administration Officer as required.
Required:
- Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks, classing and job categorising.
- A sound understanding and use of databases ( Lotus Approach)
- Experience in spreadsheets (123 Lotus or Excel).
- Knowledge of Accounting principles in non profit organisation will be beneficial.
- Excellent computer skills.
